Field Trips and Guest Speakers
Study at a university vet school with locations around the country.
Guest Speakers
We think it is important to give our students the opportunity to meet and interact with working professionals. And they usually bring animals!
Last year we had some fantastic guest speakers. The students got to ask so many questions and learn directly from university vet school pros!
Field Trips
Each vetsummer location has unique opportunities for off-campus field trips. The idea is to get the students off-campus and up close and personal with animals and the professionals who work with them.
Many University Locations:
One Curriculum
Our programs are for students who love animals, and may be considering attending a university vet school, a pre-med program or they may just want to know more. So we created a curriculum that provides opportunity to discover the world of veterinary medicine and the love of animals.
Meet the professionals at their place of work:
For many of our stduents, the opportunity to watch veterinarians work, and to be able to ask all of the questions that they have or that occur to them during the program, that is their favorite aspect of the camp. Because many of our students already have concerns, or thoughts, or questions that they have never really asked… often because they didn’t have the right person to ask! Our goal is allow for each student’s self-expression and confidence to get boosted, causing breakthroughs that dramatically improve their sense of themselves and their power in the world. As parents, we founded this program with two thoughts in mind: first, to develop the next generation of animal lovers who are going to change the world, and save the animals, and secondly to develop the students to be the kind of people who know themselves to be capable of being inspiring, of being self-expresse, and being empowered.
