Refund Policy

We know that circumstances can sometimes change for every family. With that in mind, we have extended our deadline to withdraw for any reason until May 15, 2023.

Before May 15, 2023:  you can cancel your enrollment for any reason and receive a full refund of all tuition paid or you can transfer your funds to 2024 and lock in 2023 pricing.

After May 15, 2023, no paid tuition, including additional charges, will be refunded to any student who withdraws, no-shows, or is dismissed from camp for any reason.

After May 15:  Registration remains open.  All registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Registration is still open!  To register hit the register button and go through the process.  The system requires full payment after May 15th, if you need to pay on a differnt schedule, multiple cards or dates, that’s fine we are happy to work with you on that in order to give your child access to this work!

Enrollment process:

Admission is rolling and subject to closure upon the program reaching maximum enrollment. We do not require letters of recommendation, transcripts, or essays. Registrations for our animal camp will be accepted until a week before the program begins, or when the program fills, whichever occurs first. It is recommended that students enroll as early as possible to reserve their space.  Check our FAQs or call us for further answers!  Desire to attend a vet college or vet tech school is not required to attend!  If you love animals, or your pet, and want to learn more this program is for you!

Payment Plans and Cost Structures:

Enroll by paying the $500 deposit; after that we allow you to pay your balance due as much as you want, whenever you want, with no additional fee as long as the program is fully paid by May 15.

Certificate of Completion:

Each student who successfully completes the program will receive a Certificate Of Completion detailing the scope of work and the amount of hours spent in-class.  This may be of use in the future when you apply to colleges (academic enrichment programs say something about the student’s willingness to learn), and, if you choose to apply to vet school or vet tech school, attending this kind of program can be key.  This kind of real-world experience is very important.  Students do not need to have a desire to attend vet school or vet tech school to attend our animal camp, because it is open to anyone who loves animals.

Optional Airport Service

We offer pick-up/drop-off service from JFK and LGA (LaGuardia) airports (for the NYC program; we do not pickup from EWR  Newark),  and IAD or DCA (Reagan or Dulles) Airports in DC.  We will communicate directly with you once you purchase this option about all the details… we know how critical it is to do this part right!  We will do pickup whenever you land, and when you depart, however we do have preferred times to ensure you don’t miss anything at camp.

Airport Service Times and Information (contact us for more)

Arrival Day/1st day of session:  Preferred times: Arrive by 12 noon

Departure Day/last day of session:  Preferred times: Depart around 12 noon

Cost:  $125/one-way and $250/round-trip (choose either way or both ways)
