About the Program

Our program is co-ed for students ages 12 – 17.  Every age is represented (and encouraged!), so your student will be paired with others the same age–and most importantly, all of the students are cut from the same cloth.

This is the spot where your child will find their people; they finally get to be surrounded by like-minded kids from all over the country.  This is key for creating connection and community.  Especially powerful for first-time sleep away students, our programs are transformative in nature.

Our animal camp pre-veterinary medicine summer camp is designed to introduce real-world skills and concepts to our students while at the same time create an opportunity for personal growth and development.

Our collegiate environment and highly trained team are out to create a new future right now for our students.  Attending VetSummer contributes to the preparation of students for life, and looks great on applications!

All Skill levels / No Prior Experience Required

There are no prerequisites to attending VetSummer. All that is required is a desire to learn and a love and connection to animals of all kinds. We take it from there!  Don’t know anything at all about animals?  Welcome!  Just got a pet during the pandemic and want to know more?  Check!  Certain you want to become a vet, or that you will attend vet school of some kind?  This course will look good on your application!

Join us this summer!
